Will Fisher scored a perfect score of 4 – 0 to win the heralded Summer Solstice Swiss Chess tournament held at Marist College.  Special congratulations to Richard Whearty for winning the Booster Section with a score of 2 wins and 2 losses.  Will Karafelis is making a habit of winning the biggest upset trophy by defeating Booster champ Richard.

On Monday June 29th there will be a one day Round Robin (RR) Blitz tournament with a time control of 5 mins and 0 delay. Once again there are ample chances to win trophies at any level as there is a Booster Section and a Biggest Upset prize. So please come and join the fun.  No byes in the Blitz RR. $5 entry fee. We continue at Marist, Dyson Bldg. room 113, until after Labor Day.
